ABOUT
P.E.C. Associates is a small diverse consulting firm that specializes in Life Safety Code compliance, Building and Zoning Codes. Since 1993, we have partnered with Architectural/Engineering companies as well other Consulting companies to provide services to navigate through NYC Department of Buildings and the New York City Fire Department.
SERVICES
We provide consulting services to A/E firms to review designs and provide quality control for obtaining approvals from local municipalities based on specific occupancies of their clients.
We provide services to Owners, Building Managers, Owners representatives, Installers to assist with PEER review of life safety designs and assist during installation, inspections and post inspections.
We also provide design services in partnership with our design professional to file as the applicant of record of Fire Alarm System Designs, Auxiliary Radio Communication Systems, Life Safety Plans, Fire Protection Plans, etc.
